Go Inclusive

Go Inclusive strengthens inclusive adult education by helping educators use LGBTQIA+ inclusive language and create safer, more welcoming learning environments for migrants, refugees, and other vulnerable adults. The project develops a practical Inclusive Language Handbook, trains adult educators to apply inclusive vocabulary confidently, and raises awareness through videos, storytelling animations, and a digital resource library.

During the project, partners conduct research, focus groups, and stakeholder interviews to understand current challenges in adult education. Educators participate in training and then pilot inclusive practices in their classrooms. Testimonial videos, animations, and over 100 supportive learning resources are produced to help educators integrate inclusive language into their daily teaching.

All materials—including the handbook, videos, animations, and the online resource library—remain openly accessible in five languages. National awareness events and a final conference promote long-term adoption, ensuring continued impact across Europe.

Go Inclusive empowers educators, supports vulnerable learners, and strengthens respect, diversity, and inclusion in adult education.
