The Erasmus + Strategic Partnership project is implemented by six different institutions that are struggling with similar problems when it comes to teaching staff: staff turnover is high, so the partners have to constantly invest in the development of their staff and teachers lack some skills that are essential for the provision of quality services: in particular the use of audiovisual methods in teaching, soft skills and pedagogical skills, which are the main reasons why the project aims to achieve the following general objectives:
Innovation in adult language education through the development of digital competences of teachers;
Improvement of soft skills and pedagogical skills of educators to better meet the current demands of the workforce;
Increasing the quality and efficiency of language teaching.
The objectives will be achieved in particular through training events.
